“Lisa was a fantastic guide. She stopped and explained the locations. While we were riding she kept checking back to make sure everyone was okay. We had a little hiccup with one of the bikes but to keep the tour going she gave up her bike and picked up a scooter to keep us moving. It was a great experience to see lots of Oslo in a short amount of time. Well worth it!”

“We had a delightful e-bike ride seeing the sights of Oslo city with our guide Lisa. She provided a thorough explanation of bike operation for those of us who had never ridden an e-bike before and a brief review of the rules of the road before embarking on our tour. It was raining when we began but the rain soon stopped and we had an enjoyable and educational ride visiting many of the scenic and important sites in Oslo. It’s a beautiful city and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Would highly recommend Lisa and the e-bike tour to those who have 3 hours to see the sites in Oslo.”

“This was my first time in Oslo and I thought the cycling tour would be a great way to see the city, what I didn't bargain on was the amount of snow! I turned out to be the only person on the tour as the weather was so bad and it's a fairly new activity so I essentially got a private tour! Josh from Viking Biking was really friendly and funny and knew his stuff about the city. He gave me pretty free rein about where I wanted to go and what I wanted to see. 10.Mountain Bike – Voss Forest

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 35 reviews · 2 hours 30 minutes (approx.) · from $152

Start beside the lake in Vossevangen and ride gravel paths, riverside tracks, and flowy singletrack into Bømoen forest. Outdoor Norway supplies the bike and gear, while an English-speaking guide such as Mikkel, Mohan, Genís, or Leiv adjusts the route to your level. Expect 2.5 hours of riding, stops for photos, and optional easier lines for families.

“I had a great experience, mainly because of my guide Mohan, who was really great with me. The weather was bad, and the trails were super wet, muddy and slippery. On top of that I couldn’t get used to the brakes being on the opposite sides of handle bar. So, for me, it was literally ‘try not to fall’ as opposed to ‘shredding the trail’. Mohan did an awesome job of showing me the trails, giving me tips and letting me know in advance if there is a gnarly section ahead. I highly recommend him.”
