Ci ha consegnato delle bici elettriche senza chiederci niente e poi quando stavamo per partire ci ha fatto pagare 10 euro in più per ciascuna bici dicendo che nel Contratto le bici erano normali mentre nel contratto non era affatto specificato . Le bici normali erano terminate e tutta questa discussione ci ha sottratto tanto tempo al tour . Un ricattto ! Abbiamo pagato 4O euro in più . Inoltre la bici era mezza scarica e mal funzionante…”
